True fact: back in the day, Washington’s birthday, February , was a national holiday (that would get you out of school for the day). In that same month was Lincoln’s birthday, February , was another national holiday, and another day out of school. There were different decorations one would put out for each holiday. The practice was ended in with the establishment of Presidents Day. (Considering how lousy so many of our presidents are, I don’t think they deserve a holiday. But that’s just me.) Moving on, what we have here is a beautiful image of George Washington at Valley Forge, an image that looks great on all kinds of EVERYTHING!
