Birthday greeting card for everyone who loves the swirling floral wallpapers released by Morris & Co. The pattern is titled Golden Lily and dated . This version is a little different compared to the earlier ones. The flowers are set against a dark blue background, full of dots in a lighter blue color. Even the lilies have changed color and are now a light and soft hue of cyan. Designer is John Henry Dearle ( – ) who at this time was the Art Director of the William Morris company. The image has been digitally cleaned and enhanced (March ).
